Happy New Year

For those of us observing Rosh Hashanah, we wish you and your family a sweet, happy, healthy New Year, one filled with peace and purpose.

The New Year is also the beginning of a new adventure for us. We have been asked to participate in a yearlong blogging journey aimed at improving health. We will be telling our story about how friendship and relationships help us age healthfully. Come follow us and our new blogging friends at RealHealth and visit the HealthJoinIn page on facebook. You’ll find a new post from us every Wednesday as we share our goals for good health and progress toward reaching them. Of course here at HerMentorCenter.com we’ll still be reaching out to you every Monday and Thursday.

This Thursday we’ve got a treat for you here as we host Molly Best Tinsley for a virtual book tour. She’ll be chatting about her new book, Entering the Blue Stone, a beautifully written memoir about the last years of her parents’ lives. Molly’s poignant account, told with humor, truth and dignity, is about how she and her siblings came to terms with the changes in their mother and father and their loss of the individuals they had been.
