July 4th and Your Independence

On July 4th, we celebrate the birth of our nation and freedom. Wherever you are and whoever you’re with, a picnic and barbecue is most likely the order of the day. We’re now six months into 2012. Even if your new year’s resolution was to lose weight, eating traditional food is a mainstay of Independence Day.
