For the past 30 years in my psychotherapy practice, I have partnered with individuals and couples in the process of reassessing their lives. I work with families just like yours, helping them understand the emotional underpinnings of life cycle transitions, resolve personal struggles and increase family harmony.

I have a Ph.D. in counseling psychology, am licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist, and my specialty is relationships. I also facilitate parenting and women’s groups with a focus on strategies for positive change, effective communication, and stress management.

With a keen interest in travel, my husband and I have spent months at a time in Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, and South America. While volunteering in developing countries, I have experienced countless women supporting their family and each other through unimaginable circumstances. I am forever inspired by their courage.

Living with my husband in Venice, we share a passion for walking on the beach at low tide. I’m most centered when practicing yoga or connecting with clients. And I love catching moments with my daughter, son, and their families. You can often find me at a baseball or soccer field, cheering for one of my five grandsons.
