Times Have Changed

In the midst of emails back and forth about my 50th college reunion, it’s hard to believe that we’ve gotten to that point in our lives already. But as I think more about that graduation and what we did in the months after, I realize how different it is for college graduates now. Picking Yourself Up After A Defeat

This weekend I remembered the tag line of that iconic old TV sports show, Wide World of Sports – “the thrill of victory, the agony of defeat” – as I sat on the ground just a mile or so shy of my goal.
